I'm calling this a wonderful Christmas present - I'm excited to announce the addition of two phenomenal talents to the Walmart Global Emergency Management Leadership Team!Bogdana Sardak will be joining us to lead the Enterprise Resilience Planning team focused working with our markets around the world to strengthen and mature our enterprise BCP program.Lee Siler will be returning to Walmart to lead the Preparedness and Strategy team focused on building a culture of preparedness and creating greater interconnectedness in our ecosystem (internally and externally) to drive a higher level of readiness.Please join me in congratulating them on their new roles and welcoming them to the Walmart family! Since coming back to Walmart I get two questions almost daily. Are you happy to be back? Ecstatic! Unbelievably excited! Thankful and blessed for sure. Why did you come back? (This is the important question). Without hesitation: 1) the people and the culture - Walmart associates are amazing and incredible to work alongside of! 2) the mission - what an honor and privilege it is to help make Walmart the safest place to work and shop.
