Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking Chat/Text Crisis Specialist in Stark County, OH. This is not a remote position.
Duties Include
Provide crisis intervention, support, and referrals via chat or text.
Effectively complete risk assessments via chat or text
Work collaboratively with the visitor to create a safety plan
Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, objectivity, professionalism, effective customer service skills, and sound clinical judgment in the course of all work.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met
Consult with a supervisor on clinical needs as appropriate
Accurately document interactions
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Past or current experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care is preferred
